Services Provided
We will provide photography services to you as described in our proposal or as otherwise agreed upon between us. The specific details of the photography services, including the date, time, and location of the shoot, will be set forth in a separate agreement or invoice.
 

Ownership and Use of Photographs
We own all rights, title, and interest in and to the photographs we take during the shoot, including all copyright and other intellectual property rights. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the photographs for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not sell, license, or otherwise distribute the photographs without our prior written consent.
 

Payment
You agree to pay us the amount specified in the proposal or invoice, which may include a non-refundable deposit. Payment is due in full on or before the day of the shoot. If you cancel the shoot, you may be responsible for paying a cancellation fee, as set forth in the separate agreement or invoice.
 

Warranty and Liability
We warrant that we will provide the photography services with reasonable care and skill. However, we do not guarantee that the photographs will meet your specific requirements or that they will be error-free. Our liability for any damages arising out of or in connection with this Agreement is limited to the amount you paid us for the photography services.
 

Model Release
We reserve the right to use the photographs for our own promotional purposes, including but not limited to our website, social media, and marketing materials. By signing this Agreement, you consent to the use of the photographs for such purposes.
 

Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Alabama governing law jurisdiction], without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
 

Amendments to Agreement
We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time by posting a revised version on our website or by other means. Your continued use of our photography services constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
 

Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and us with respect to the photography services provided to you, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us.
